We normally ship by the next business day, currently Monday through Friday.
If you are going to pickup an order, please put the location in the notes if other than North Canton. It may take 24-48 additional hours for Medina and Solon orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors.

We do our best to have accurate inventory, but sometimes mistakes do happen. We will contact you if a problem arises and either back order or cancel the item(s).

If an item is defective, please contact us within 3 business days.

If you would like to return something, please email or call the store during normal business hours to get an RMA number.

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Not responsible for return shipping.
